Izjava o pristupačnosti / Accessibility Statement

Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike nastoji svoje mrežne stranice učiniti pristupačnima u skladu sa Zakonom o pristupačnosti mrežnih stranica i programskih rješenja za pokretne uređaje tijela javnog sektora Republike Hrvatske („Narodne novine“, broj 17/19; dalje u tekstu: Zakon) kojim se prenosi Direktiva (EU) 2016/2102 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 26. listopada 2016. o pristupačnosti internetskih stranica i mobilnih aplikacija tijela javnog sektora (SL EU, L 327, 2. 12. 2016.).
Ova Izjava o pristupačnosti primjenjuje se na mrežne stranice u nadležnosti Ministarstva rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike nalazi na adresi https://migracije.hr.

Stupanj usklađenosti
Mrežno sjedište https://migracije.hr djelomično je usklađeno sa Zakonom zbog neusklađenosti koje su navedene u nastavku.

Nepristupačan sadržaj
Sadržaj naveden u nastavku nepristupačan je iz razloga:

• pojedine .pdf datoteke sadržane u objavama nisu u cijelosti nastale izvozom iz izvorišne datoteke iz alata Microsoft Office Word uz odabir opcija za pristupačnost, već skeniranjem tiskanih dokumenata, odnosno nisu pristupačne jer nisu prikladno pripremljene za čitače ekrana
• slike nemaju pridružen prikladni opis jer trenutna funkcionalnost sustava za objavu stranica unutar navedenog mrežnog sjedišta to ne podržava
• postoji dio slika koje imaju tekstualni sadržaj, a nisu logotipi
• sadržaj pojedinih poveznica nije jasno opisan
• pojedine datoteke nisu dostupne u strojno čitljivom obliku u kojem ih može pročitati čitač ekrana
• dio teksta je istaknut podcrtavanjem, na isti način kao i poveznice.
• određenim elementima stranice ne može se pristupiti putem tipkovnice

Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike radi na uklanjanju uočenih neusklađenosti.

Priprema ove izjave o pristupačnosti
Ova je izjava sastavljena, prema Predlošku izjave o pristupačnosti koji je u skladu s Direktivom (EU) 2016/2102 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća o pristupačnosti internetskih stranica i mobilnih aplikacija tijela javnog sektora, a utvrđen je Provedbenom odlukom Komisije (EU) 2018/1523.
Procjena usklađenosti sa zahtjevima pristupačnosti rezultat je samoprocjene Ministarstva rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike.

Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike će redovito revidirati ovu izjavu po otklanjanju razloga zbog kojih su pojedini sadržaji bili nepristupačni.

Accessibility Statement

The Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy endeavours to make their website accessible in accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of websites and mobile device software tools of public sector bodies in the Republic of Croatia  (Official Gazette 17/19.; hereinafter: Act), adopted for transposing the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies  (OJ L 327,  December 2, 2016).
This Accessibility Statement shall apply to the websites under the responsibility of the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy at https://migracije.hr.

Level of Compliance
The website https://migracije.hr has been aligned with the Act only partially for the non-compliance reasons listed below.

Non-accessible Content
The content listed below is considered non-accessible for the following reasons:

• Some .pdf files contained in the notifications were not created completely by exporting the original file from the Microsoft Office Word tool with the possibility of selection of the accessibility options, but by scanning the printed document, i.e. they are not accessible because they have not been prepared for use with screen reader software,
• Some images do not have suitable image descriptions because the functionality of the current system for publishing of the webpages within the specified website does not support that option,
• Some images contain text, but they are not logotypes,
• The content of certain links does not have a clear description,
• Some files are not available in the machine-readable format readable by a screen reader software,
• Some parts of the text have been underlined, in the same manner as the links,

• Certain elements of the website are not keyboard-accessible.

The Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy works on the elimination of the detected non-compliance.

Preparation of this Accessibility Statement
This statement was prepared on September 22, 2020 in accordance with the model accessibility statement that is in accordance with the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies and set out by the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.

The assessment of compliance with the accessibility requirements is the result of a self-assessment by the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy.

The Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy will review this Accessibility Statement on a regular basis upon elimination of reasons why some content was inaccessible.
